Hira Institute of Emerging Sciences (HIES) provides structured Intermediate (HSSC) education designed to help students build strong academic foundations and prepare for higher education.

Our academic programs follow the relevant Intermediate curriculum and examination requirements. Our Intermediate (HSSC) Programs

HIES offers Intermediate-level academic programs across multiple disciplines, enabling students to select a pathway that aligns with their interests, academic strengths, and future career goals.

Pre-Engineering

The Pre-Engineering program provides students with a strong foundation in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.

Our teaching approach emphasizes conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, problem-solving, laboratory work, and structured assessments. Students are also guided in preparing for relevant university admission and entrance examinations.

This academic pathway can lead to higher education in fields such as Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and other engineering disciplines.

Pre-Medical

The Pre-Medical program focuses on Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, providing students with the scientific foundation required for further studies in medicine, healthcare, and biological sciences.

Students develop scientific reasoning and a deeper understanding of core concepts through classroom instruction, laboratory activities, assessments, and academic guidance. Students may also receive guidance for relevant university and medical entrance examinations.

This pathway can prepare students for higher education in Medicine (MBBS), Dentistry (BDS), Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, and related disciplines.

Commerce

The Commerce program develops students’ understanding of Accounting, Economics, Business Studies, Business Mathematics, Finance, and related commercial disciplines.

Students are introduced to both theoretical concepts and practical applications, including financial reporting, budgeting, business analysis, and the use of relevant digital tools.

This pathway provides a foundation for further studies and careers in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Economics, and other areas of commerce.

Computer Science

The Computer Science program is designed for students interested in computing, technology, software, and emerging digital fields.

Students develop foundations in Computer Science, Mathematics, and related subjects while gaining exposure to computational thinking, programming concepts, and practical technology applications.

This pathway can support further studies in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Technology, and other technology-related disciplines.

Humanities & Arts

The Humanities and Arts program provides students with an academic pathway into social sciences, languages, education, and related disciplines.

Subject availability is offered in accordance with the applicable Intermediate curriculum and may include subjects from areas such as English, Urdu, Civics, Psychology, Arabic, Sindhi, Persian, and other approved disciplines.

The program encourages critical thinking, communication skills, analytical ability, and a broader understanding of society and culture.

Students may continue their higher education in areas such as Education, Law, Media and Communication, Social Sciences, International Relations, Psychology, Languages, and related disciplines.
